TAKE OFF AND SALES

Take off and quantities on all orders must be provided by the client, their tiler or builder.
All porcelain products are sold to full closest box unit.
All natural stone are sold to full closest piece or pack.

PACKING & SHIPPING

Orders will not be processed or packed until full payment is received.
All orders to be picked up from Zillmere Warehouse.
Allow 48 hours notice after payment is received to schedule delivery for all orders.
Purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of certain items

RETURN POLICY

There are NO returns on Natural Stone.
There are NO return on products after 14 days of invoice being issued.
50% restocking fee applies to any material returned within the 14 day period.
There are NO returns on change of mind or over measure of products, only defect material is exempt from the no return policy.
There are NO returns on items which have been discounted or end of line or purchased from a second party.

Stocked Item

This is a stocked item, and while we try our best to keep stock on hand, sometimes we may fall short. Contact us to speak with one of our friendly sales staff and check our current stock levels.
