 313 Adelaide is a high quality, 21 level ‘A’ grade office building.  313 Adelaide Street required a refurbishment of the 1984 office tower, incorporating a significant rework of the ground level foyer and awnings to bring its amenity and presentation up to current market expectations.

In 2010, the building owners of the almost 30-year-old office tower recognised the increasing market demand for sustainability and energy efficiency and made the decision to undertake a mid-life refurbishment in an effort to provide a workspace that was comparable with contemporary developments elsewhere in the city. That’s where Stone & Tile Studio came in.
